For disobedience to the Church Authorities, insubordination, rebelliousness,
schismatic activities and for going from the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of
Russia to uncanonical group of Bishop Agafangel (Pashkovsky), with one that
Hierarchical Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia does not
have Eucharistic communion, for publication of the slander against your ruling
Bishop according to the church
regulations: 1st Rule of St. Basil the Great,18th Rule
of 4th Ecumenical Council, 34th Rule of 6th
Ecumenical Council, 36th and 55th Apostolic Rule you,
Protopriest Spyridon Schneider, are suspended.
During one month since the time of the writing of that Ukase you are given a
time for repentance and if during that time you will not repent and do not
return into the bosom of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, the one
that you felt from, or venture to perform ecclesiastical rites, then you will
subject yourself to be defrocked according to the 38th Rule of the
Council of Carthage, 6th Rule of the Council of Gangre. + Bishop Vladimir (Signature,
